The real estate market has slowed down already quite a bit and will continue doing so until beginning of January. However having said this, the buyers out there are really serious and motivated. So if you are looking to sell your home, it is a great time to be bothered less with showings, but the quality of buyers is absolutely great. As well during this time buyers are more considerate and will negotiate less as well, so you might even get a better price for your home.
