Statistics correction

Client and Friend

 I just have received a message from Alex L. that the statistics in my February Newsletter did not add up. I would like to thank Alex for noticing and for making me aware of my mistake. I entered the numbers from the wrong column. I always appreciate any feedback for corrections and any suggestions.

Please note the following correction in the statistics:

Numbers of Units sold (all categories)

Resid. 2010 - I entered 279 (which is single detached homes, not all residential) and it should be 400

Resid. 2011 - I entered 242 (which is single detached homes, not all residential) and it should be 359.

Sorry for this mistake, and the inconvenience.
