I hope you are doing well and that you had a great Summer. Now this Saturday it is the official beginning of Fall, even though it feels like Fall already and the rainy cold weather has started already.

This is the season when the real estate market starts to slow down a little bit as well. However, as always there are still enough buyers and sellers out there to meet demand. One thing is for sure, the buyers who are looking at homes right now are more serious and determined than during the Summer time.
