Reno costs vs. return on investment

I found this great picture / chart on twitpic showing examples of what it costs to renovate certain areas of a home and what the return of investment is in a re-sale situation. Even though, you might not get your money back, you also must consider, that some of these renovations make your property more salable, expidite the selling process and at the end most likely will save you money. I don't agree with all the

info provided, because it is individually based and needs to be assessed accordingly for each property seperately.
