I had a great open house today at 39 Activa. A nice single detached priced at 259,900. With the great weather I had a great turn out. Spring is here and business seems to start up nicely. Anyone thinking of listing their property should think about it soon, before the rush, so that their property has less competition, sells faster and for a better price.
