Now with the Summer holidays and the hot weather the real estate market has slowed down a little. Listings are up compared to last year. Don't be discouraged if you are interested in listing your property, it still is a good time, since there are still enough buyers out there who would like to buy a home before school starts again. Actually it probably is easier and faster to sell right now than after the summer holidays.
