It is a perfect time to buy real estate.
We in the Regional Municipality of Waterloo are fortunate that we have not been hit as much regarding decreasing real estate prices than other areas. Some of the reasons are that we are a fairly stable economical area, with a good mix of industry, service, manufacturing, high tech and education. This combined with the never seen low interest rates makes it a perfect time to buy real estate and build some assets.
